Brief Market Update:-
- There are more that 40 outdoor 10-lane Olympic-sized swimming pools throughout the country.
- Muntinlupa Aquatic Center - the country's first indoor 10-lane Olympic-sized swimming pool was inaugurated on 1st March, 2022.
- Aside from the many hotels, resorts, residential and public swimming pools, 80% of the country's 110+ attractions each has at
least two lagoon-shaped swimming pools installed.
- Aqua Planet, a 10-hectares waterpark with 38 slides in Pampanga, with three pools was inaugurated in February 2018.
- By the end of 2022 - two new attractions with bigger pools will be added,
a) Pradera Islands Themepark - a new world-class 23-hectares themepark will be built on Pradera Islands, Pampanga, and
b) Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark with 50 swimming pools of various sizes will be built on Panglao Island, Bohol.
More bigger waterparks and 10-lane Olympic-sized swimming pools will be built, in the near future.
